What to Expect from Your Apartment Search

Thank you for choosing Rebright Rental. By submitting payment, you agree to these terms of service.

1. One-Time Fee
Our service requires a one-time fee of $249.99, paid before we begin. This covers the full locating process — there are no additional or hidden charges.

2. What’s Included
Once payment is received, a dedicated rental agent will:

Search for apartments based on your needs and preferences

Deliver up to 3 sets of listings with at least 4 non-redundant options per set

Contact leasing offices (up to 4 per round) if needed, to advocate on your behalf

Offer ongoing communication and support throughout the process

Please note: availability depends on your rental history, budget, and local inventory.

3. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds once the service begins. This includes:

If you are denied by landlords

If you find a place elsewhere

If you change your mind after we begin

If no listings meet your preferences after 3 rounds

We are committed to doing our best to find options for you, but cannot guarantee approvals or exact matches.

4. Your Role
You agree to:

Provide accurate rental history and budget information

Respond to messages and updates in a timely manner

Be open to listings that may slightly differ from your ideal criteria due to availability

5. Applying to Properties
Once listings are provided, it’s your responsibility to apply, follow up, and meet leasing requirements. We do not submit applications on your behalf.

6. Market Conditions
We work with current market inventory. We do not control rental prices, approval criteria, or availability.

7. Communication & Support
Calls may be recorded for quality assurance. This page serves as your service agreement. No additional signature is required to proceed.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
